I learned a lot of valuable and worth doing techniques of breathing. Before joining this course I never paid much attention to my breath. But now I am very conscious about my breathing. It helps me to relax my mind and all the entanglements of the past. I have started living for today and my today will give way to my better future.

The concentration technique helped my mind concentrate on things which I wanted to concentrate on.

1. I have learned how to manage my time well.
2. Learned to smile more and more.

Earlier, I had many emotional highs & lows and also I was not very confident about controlling them. But with these tools that I learned in both the Yes+ I am so much cooler & smarter then before. YES, I can feel it.

I had a lot of worries, some of which even appeared due different time in the course of this week but I could get relaxed by doing Pranayama and Sudarshan Kriya each day.
